RGM Group worked closely with 19 popular Park City restaurants – and recruited four additional restaurants onsite – to secure more than 200 hard-to-get tables during one of the busiest times of the year. Additional dining perks such chef appearances and complimentary menu items were also secured in advance.

ONSITE ACTIVATION

With a dedicated space inside the heavily-trafficked Chase House on Main, the fully staffed Dining Concierge was equipped with branded menus of participating restaurants, onsite signage,
specially ordered chocolate takeaways, and digital workstations running in-house software designed exclusively for the program.

DIGITAL COMPONENTS

RGM created a custom, multi-touch campaign across OpenTable, the RGM Alliance and JustLuxe to promote the card’s 2X points when dining, precisely targeting food and travel enthusiasts.
Media placements and banners ran across relevant RGM Alliance properties, a branded content was integrated into JustLuxe’s LuxeEpicure section, and a custom promo page highlighting event details ran in the weeks leading up to the festival. The campaign was supported socially with a branded Foodspotting guide, as well as a series of scheduled social media call-outs.
