MOBILE CONCIERGE

RGM Group built a tool that allowed Lexus handraisers to schedule personal transportation to and from the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival via mobile web app technology. The technology facilitated two-way communication with an impressive user interface and easy-to-manage client “driver” backend management system.  

ONSITE ACTIVATION

Once handraisers were at the event, they had an opportunity to book a table at an OpenTable restaurant via branded kiosks located inside the Lexus Grand Tasting. RGM Group meticulously designed and programmed each kiosk to pull in a curated list of nearby OpenTable restaurants. Kiosk users were then emailed a $25 OpenTable e-gift upon completion. The kiosk experience also generated a personalized online certificate for a $1,000 toward the purchase or lease of a new Lexus.
