Kamran Razavi
CEO/Founder

Kamran Razavi founded the centerpiece of the RGM Group, Razavi Global Media in 2004. Since that time Razavi has successfully grown the company into an all encompassing media firm. Profitable from its first month of operations Razavi built the companies with no external investment. Prior to starting Razavi Global Media, Razavi worked on the account management of Toyota at Saatchi & Saatchi. Razavi holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and has studied International Business and Marketing at the University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia.

Robert Gautereaux, Jr.
CCO/Co-Founder

Robert Gautereaux founded the luxury online publication, JustLuxe.com, in 2004. Under his leadership, JustLuxe has grown to become one of the most viewed luxury portals on the Internet, providing luxury brands a connection to an affluent audience. As a successful marketing and advertising entrepreneur, Gautereaux was previously CEO of PVC Enterprises, a marketing and membership-based company that provides travel and technology benefits. Under his direction, the company saw rapid growth with its introduction on the Internet in 1999. The company currently serves more than 250,000 consumers and small businesses worldwide. Early in his career, Gautereaux served as president for Project Media, a large media-buying company that focused on consumer trends and television commercial placement.

Andrew Fischer
President

Andrew Fischer has ten years of experience in the interactive media and consumer software industries. Prior to launching InterLuxe, Fischer established and grew the business development and sales team at Passenger, a community software firm, while building partnerships with global brands such as Nike, American Express, and Apple. Prior to Passenger, Fischer managed ad sales and strategy teams at IAC/InterActiveCorp. Fischer holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Gilbert Gautereaux
COO

Gilbert Gautereaux has a strong background in sales management, contract negotiations and operations. Most of his career was spent working in senior management positions at various IT companies, where he oversaw the sales, contract management and fulfillment process for large government contracts. In 1987, Gautereaux was a minority partner at Bohdan Associates, a computer integrator that grew from one office and $7 million annual revenue to $250 million with six offices in the U.S. In the early 1990s, General Electric bought the company and as Executive Vice President, the division soon became GE’s second largest federal business segment after the GE Jet Engine business.

While with GE, he achieved a Six Sigma greenbelt and was one of ten people companywide to sit on the GE Corporate Government Compliance committee. After GE, Gautereaux was involved in two software development startups before joining JustLuxe in 2006.
